Since 2006 Chris Mattice has been coaching clients through one of the nations largest non-pharma anxiety and depression programs, Attacking Anxiety and Depression.   Each year she coaches approximately 100 people using this 15 week cognitive behavioral class which emphasizes gaining knowledge and tools to exit out of anxiety, stress and depression.  Having been through her own personal journey with anxiety/stress and negative thinking she draws from these experiences and brings in her passions for the Lord and learning to propel her message of hope. In the past 8 years Chris has grown her Christian coaching by networking with the community and bringing in a broader life coaching emphasis. In her Life Coaching she focuses on life transitions, goal setting, spiritual growth and healthy living. Her desire is to encourage and impact more people through personal coaching and public speaking. Chris has a growing passion to empower others to ‘Grow in Wisdom and Go in Courage.'

Statement of Belief.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. ~We believe in God's creation of the world and mankind and in humanity's rebellion and subsequent depravity. ~We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is true God and true man. ~We believe in the person and work of Jesus Christ, including His miracles, His substitutionary death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father. ~We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ when He will set up His Kingdom and will rule and reign in righteousness. ~We believe the offer of salvation is God's love-gift to all. Those who accept it by faith, apart from works, become new creatures in Christ. ~We believe in the present transforming work of the Holy Spirit. He is always at work convincing, convicting and comforting. ~We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost--the saved unto everlasting communion with God and the lost unto everlasting separation from God.~ We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and in the importance of the church for worship, growth, service and missions.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.  Luke 10:27
